Health and Safety

JSD Air & Acoustic Testing (Buildings) Ltd is legally and morally responsible for the impact of work and business activities with regards to the safety and welfare of its employees, contractors, the general public and the environment. The Company fully accepts the obligations placed upon it by various Acts of Parliament covering, health, safety and welfare and the Director is required to ensure that the Company policy is implemented and to report annually on its effectiveness.

Quality Policy and Objectives

We aim to provide high quality of compliance testing services and for our services to exceed the customers' quality expectations; we will do this through continuous improvement, operational excellence and delivering quality services. We are proactive in ensuring that we hold the most relevant accreditations available to support our quality services and ensure that our engineers are continually training to improve and develop their skills. Security and confidentiality

All JSD personnel have enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checks so that any person is assured that every possible action has been taken to make certain the safe welfare of everyone that JSD personnel come into contact with.

Any member of staff working for a Client will also be happy to sign any confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure so that the Client can be confident that their business will be treated with the utmost discretion.

Data Protection is considered very carefully and Clients can be reassured that their details will not be passed on to any partner of the business or any other third party and will only be used for processing orders, test reports and associated procedures.
